Title: calf pads

is there any way of adjusting them at all, i know u can raise the knee section..but my legs dont touch these pads at all, there whey skinny.. i think if i raise them they should make contact.. or is it not even necessery to make contact?

It's not necesary to touch, it's a backup just incase the knee bow strap undoes.

ahh.. but even with the strap on, my legs movin back and forth.. making it hard, any way of solving that ?

Try padding out the kneebar with pipe insulation foam, this should keep your leg more secure :)

Are you using the long striped straps that came with them they make the bar very secure if they are tied wright

Have a look here if your not sure explanation on how to tie at the bottom
