im back from sclotand and ive been out on my bocks loads got lil blisters bit nothing major just put plasters overr them ive r***ed my springs black with blue spirals and ive done my tire socks nicley :) i love all the attention from people on them lol its awsome was on the cycle path and one person in a car slowed right down and said " omg !! you look awsome i want some !!!!" lol XD fallen once very pleased with my wrist gaurds :)

How high are you jumping and such? Any tricks yet?

welcome back dave --glad you are having fun on your p-j's. But re the blisters. Remember the London meet --that will be about 6Km. If you dont have your bindings and shoes sorted for then you could end up with 'big' blisters by the middle of the meet. You might want to put plasters on the spot blisters are turning up -b4 you bock for a week or so --till those spots have hardened up.

lol yes i havent r***ed them ive taped them lol XD and so i shouldnt put a plaster on my heel before i go out i should put it on when the blisters bigin to apear? so that it hardens and is protected? ::) i donno how high i am jumping but im getting more hieght if i bounce form one foot to the other and back :) my striding while running is around 5 foot at the moment id say about 1 foot for my jumping at the moment lol :)

no put plasters on b4 u go out also read the blisters thread :o). There are a number of reasons for blisters that thread goes on and on and on about um ;D
