Ok then heres my story.
I bought some PoweriZers and had them delivered last monday.
At the same time as ordering them (which i would have got from pro jump but they didnt have my size) i ordered some safety gear.
The safety gear arrived around the thursday/friday.
Unfortuantely these were completely not what i ordered.  But after seeing them i decided to try them on because i like the look of them and they cost the same price.
They were kdis size which were way to small.
I (through my mum who ordered them) sent an email to pro jump explaining the problem and i sent them back on monday/tuesday recorded delivery.
In the email i asked to change my order if that was possible to the adult size of the wrong pads.
Now still i have yet to receive any notification if it is possible or if they have received what i sent back.

Any pro jump employees on the forum give me some feedback?

Hey Freddie

First of all please accept our apologies for the mix up.

Best thing to do is just check with Royal Mail tracking system (www.RoyalMail.co.uk) to see if the package has arrived at the Preston Office or give the office a call on 01772 792 600 to see if it has arrived and when your replacements will be sent.

Alternatively drop Dan an email at dan@ukgooddeals.com and he will chase it up for you.
