Spud

really depends on the people organising the event. H&S can be used against you by inflexible people. Just need to advise them on how to manage the risk.

I do a lot of work with the Lincoln organiser, he happens to be a coll guy as well so go for it.

So far at Lincoln

Charlie B
Jester
Dark Knight

DK will probably run it at full tilt, with jester trying to keep up and Charlie B stopping regularly to get his breath back

Anyone else joining us ?

I don't know about full tilt I was thinking I'd just let the Pavement Huggers ( What happened to the dictionary ? ) jog off first then pass them all !
  :woohoo:

What time and distance are we planning ?

I was just going give some cash myself ( I don't like collecting money for doing something I'd anyway ? )

The event is at the City of Lincoln Community College on Sunday, March 16, at 11am.

The surface is grass.

I am just about capable of doing the mile in run, walk mode at the moment

Say we meet at the Venue at 10:30

We can do that

At Lincoln there is also a wheelchair obstacle course, we are welcome to attempt that either in wheelchairs or on Bocks but may have to pay a little something to the good cause.

Currently 3 /4 doing the Lincoln Sport relief mile

The disability course is ramps and stuff laid out in an obstacle course for all people to have a go in wheel chairs. Organiser (one of my guys) has said we can bock it if we want to.

Not a problem, as suggested earlier we can do the stuff on the wheelchair area which is hard tarmac
