well being new to the flip scene i was down bury with greg, found a lovely patch of grass where nobody could see me fail. i failed my first attempt and GREG PLAYER <<< Note down the name, Agreed to try a front to front if i landed a front flip, so game on i thought. i landed the front flip, was lovely but didnt expect it, causing my knee to hyper extend, its got better over the day, i cudnt walk on it at first and was worried but have waked on it now. hope its better for saturday and that it doesnt scare me off flips... everyone dont forget that me and greg shook hands on the deal, and he never did a linked front flip. feel free to abuse him.

well it was getting better, heres me thinking a nights rest would do it wonders... it didn't.
i cant actually walk on my left leg, i hyper extended in wales and but that went, i think i may have caused damage. is there any way i can avoid hyper-extension for future reference??
-
no way to avoid. but if you just strech your legs before it reduces the chances of it happening

Some guys that have probs with it use hinged supports that lock so you cant actually hyper extend it.
