hay guys im just about to get my moped on the road but i need a way of getting my bocks around with me so i was thinking like a skate bag or something so if any 1 has a design ideas or mods i could do to a normal back pack :)

one of the Russians on PP posted a video of something he'd made to strap the bocks to each other and give them backpack like straps. Should be able to find it in the mods or video section there.

i had this really cheap scam idea of putting the straps for the calvees into the other stilts fastener if you get what i mean, so they were joined together, then i left enough length to put over my shoulder and walked with one in front of me and one behind me :P

oh also 2 years ago when i was searching for the cheapest pair of bocks i saw that fly jumper did a specialy designed carrying bad for them :P

Whilst on my motorbike i use a DC'S skate bag, and got some extra velcro and cable ties to attack to the bag, and then but to metal rods in either side of bag to keep stable.... works suprisingly well. And im on a KTM so it bounces alot, so is quite stable

I take mine to work on the back of the bike and all I do is strap them to the top box with a few bungies and one of those luggage straps
Hard to describe but you put them together and upright facing the rear of the bike and hook the hoofs onto the box then tie the to the luggage rack underneath
I have taken them to work and home once a week for a couple of years like this and if it rains I cover them with a rubbish sack

I had a Cub 90 as my first bike and that was a Moped and had a Back box :Ctongue:
Not run to work (15 miles would take me about 2-3 hrs) but I run round at lunch time

15miles for a young fit lad should take only 1-2hours on Bocks,
Or you should buy a large kite and mountain board and role to work.

What I do to carry mine is get a nice fabric belt (leather hurts a bit to much) and belt the bars that hold the calf straps/knees bar on together, leaving a gap of about a foot or so. Then I sling it over my head and let the rest of the stilt hang down under my arms.

DK showed me something similar, but with kneestraps behind the neck and bars over your shoulders & i find that comfy for 30 mins or so then u gotta start shifting a bit

I've seen DK doing that he looks like a Dalek and his shoulders are so wide he doesn't always strap them together.

Sorry this took so long Greg but I havn't transported my Bocks from work until tonight
Anyway here are the promised pics fairly self explanitory really but I use 6 bungees and one luggage strap (the type you can tighten right up)

Lol, Jason fine example of mess you have there, ever thought about making a bocking case with 3-4 holes in so its easier to tie down?

They look so well tied to that box, how long does it take to undo? :CGEEK:
And how well secured is the box to the bike????

Takes less than 5 mins (and that is at 7am on a work day in the dark :Claugh:) to put on and less to undo
Boxes with holes in leak water DC :Claugh: and I like my stuff dry :Cbiggrin:
The box is bolted to the main carrier and some of the straps run right under the carrier frame
You can actually pull the bike over with the bocks
One other advantage is it doesn't seem to affect the bikes ballance (I sometimes forget they are there)

Yep I do get some funny looks Naz and a few questions as to what they are :Claugh:
Works with the moving footplate fine greg (tried it with mine) and it only looks complicated just do the two that cross the hooves first and all the others after
