wonderful video its nice that it is turning into summer YAY! less rain more powerising......also how well do they grip the floor of a gym?

we put down some mats to take away the noise they make on the gym floor but they seemed to be very grippy on both surfaces.

Hi,

Good vid, noticed that you were attempting back tucks at one point, can you do them on the floor? If not I strongly suggest learning it on the floor first!

Good music too, gotta love Chilis!
