Ok first of all this is not me so it should really be in a section called "that looked Painful" or somethin.

Anyways I was watchin some vids on youtube and found this. It makes me laugh every time i see it.

I hate to put my safety hat on here but we have quite a few newbies around at the moment and even more lurkers.

This sort of mat and setup is not at all adequate to try to front flip on. His approach isn't either really.

Trying a front flip without the proper safety in place is...rather obviously....very dangerous.

On a lighter note, this reminds me of another old video we played on radiobock a lot that we found on youtube where the guy basically knees himself in the face.

I notice the guy in that vid is not wearing Kneepads  :Cbiggrin:

Is this the one case of bocking where it is best NOT to wear Kneepads  :Claugh:
