Title: out of line
Post by: TuRnER 95 on February 12, 2011, 12:59:06 AM
ok so recently when i changed my springs to the new ones i got for xmas i noticed that the spring and the frame were out of line and i have used them at a couple of meets now and it seems to be fine im getting decent height and i wouldnt have noticed if a fellow RR hadnt pointed it out so i was just wandering if its bad for the stilts or does it even make a difference

got a pic that can show it? what part is out of line.  Its probably not bad, might be wearing the bushings a bit more than normal, or they were already worn when you swapped the springs so things couldn't go back together quite right.

Me and Dan will take a look at this at the meet today and fix it if we think something is wrong :)

This will help you to get them back in line mate

Just one thing to add is that loosening all the bearing joint bolts and pulling them into line as you retighten them can help a lot
