Post by: TuRnER 95 on August 11, 2011, 10:13:58 PM
so today when my exos arived i went out for a bounce and after being out for about half an hour the front left binding came off and when i went to try to put it back on i relised that they are only screwed on instead of a nut and bolt  :Cconfused: and anyway when i tried to put it back on the thread that held the bolt on was useless at holding the bolt  :Cmad: i was wondering has anyone else encountereed this problem and what do you thinnk would be the best way to solve it?

thanks in advance

The exo's have a bunch of screw threads tapped in cheap aluminum.  This is a stupid design, steel screw in an aluminum hole is bad for a lot of reasons, but its cheap.  They're brand new so contact PJ and they'll send you a replacement footplate to replace the part with t he bad threads.
