Anyone around here who does/know some stretching excercises before they actually start bocking?Runners do this ...so why don't bockers?And.. are they done with or without stilts put on?

I Personally stretch before I use my stilts. I stretch on the ground before getting on them and just some basic stretches like hamstring stretches. As far as I'm aware there aren't any specially pre-bocking exercises to do. :)
