It will be in London again next year, there will be a different route, Tshirt etc, but along the lines of what we did this year. Put it in your diary

We could all have blue next year and stewards could wear a new different colour !?
That way each year ( we have to do it every year now ) we can have the colour the stewards had the year before and then we only need one new/different colour each year for a stewards t-shirt !

i sort of agree with dark knight cardiff could not have as many turn up i know the guys from cardiff came down to london but london does seem more accesable for the majority of people but dont worry bout it for now sort it next year lol

True but has you said SOUTH ? Northerns ( that's that bit above the Watford Gap ) would more than likely find themself's head south first before heading west !?

well I am from Leicester and Pinhead is from Brum and we are both going. As for being to early, this year there were people who couldn't make it due to having holidays already booked. This year I want everyone that wants to come to know when it is before they plan summer hols. It will be in Cardiff and I am sure there will be plenty of people prepared to make a weekend of it.

Was thinking the same thing ! A 4 day long weekend two before to look around a a day after to recover ( from bocking not the pub afterwards ) ;D

There are a serious load of bockers in South Wales. I went up there last month. Over the 2 days I counted 12, most in the 'welsh bocker' tees, looked most impressive. There were a number of others who couldnt get along on those days. Included would be Dusty, who has also just past her junior model ont her yonger bro and atleast 1 more who has joined since and was in London. Mid Wales has Dawesome ( the guy that did the most flips in London)....
I think you get the picture, its big and organised. Oh and Uncle Matt also has a mobile disco and mobile inflatable crash mat. The Bouncer at the nearby Tesco Express scans your goods for you , puts the money in the slot then hands you back your change. To give you a better idea of the bocking area. Think 'Torchwood' , think that big tall shinny metal tower thing that has water running down it. That is the very place.
If you were planning staying longer in the area, id recommend popping along the coast for a few days. To the Gower or similar.

Wise words Q and the gower is deffo worth a trip down, its an hours drive from cardiff.

I have to say, we go bocking outside the "torchwood tower" almost every dry weekend and not once have I seen any TV film crews filming...apart from when they were filming us.
I did meet DT and ms Tate though and I sold Billie Piper a laptop in my pc world days (she is hotter in real life).

its a lil ahead yet but am thinkin of spending longer in the area. Was going to take my surf stuff along and spend a few days furthur west. Well that is the ruff plan in my head.

with the weather being as it has been so far this year i was thinkin of trying to organise a hall at somepoint thruout the winter so we all stay in good bockin practice and are able to do it without trying not to fall over every step we take, a hall in cardiff would be a good idea as we can all flip even if we cant land it can just flip on to a matt lol am looking into a hall now 4 the winter

Locky has an inflatable v portable crash mat and there is another guy with a proper crash mat just up in 1 of the valleys ( he has also built a set of steps to hop up /jump off)*. V possible both would be around at the event ;D Along with the face painter

it will remain at its set date, there will no doubt be other meets during the summer. There will be a big one in Birmingham at the beggining of next summer but capital bocking will be THE big one

@ Spud - When I tried it in the morning there was a couple of £9 rooms, some double rooms for £19, some at £29 and some at £39 so they may have gone :(

Etaphotel.com do rooms at £32 a night and can sleep 3 people. thats 11 quid each.
There will be lots of people camping. Again, I'm going to get a deal on this as its a council camp ground.

Ghosti, I cant help you being in the south or being 15 but there are lots of people travelling for this event, and family and friends are very welcome too.
Last years event was on a damp sunday and we got 69 bockers. This year I would expect more than double that. There is no route as such. Its being held in an area of Cardiff Bay that is literally a bockers paradise.
I guarantee any bocker at any level will have a blast and learn so much simply from spending time bocking in Cardiff bay.
The website www.capitalbocking.com will be continuously updated with info and details of who is coming and will shortly have some nice videos of cardiff bay so you can see what to expect.

I know alot of people wont know how there getting there for capital bocking im going to be driving down to cardiff about 2 mayb 3 days before to stay at gfs house for a week, the route i take is M11 onto M25 then follow the M4 all the way down to cardiff anyone along that route thats not to far out of my way is more then welcome to a lift, cant stay at my girlfreinds tho sorry lol, but if you have a hotel or are camping like spuds on about (wont worry bout a shower spud allways rains lol) be happy to give you a lift down there and drop you in cardiff or something

Maybe there could be a topic of the CBC website for poeple to put the ETA's so they could arrange their own meet up before the weekend 2 day meet.
I plan to spend at least a couple of days in and around Cardiff and make it a real holiday out of it. Maybe like I've said arrange a mini meet before hand and see the sights :)

Doh! Red is so great. black makes you so hot and absorbs all of the heat. White reflects the sun a bit but little flies are attracted to it (as long as the T isnt old and mankey lol) but red is a happy medium

You dont have to get a t shirt at all, but compare the 2 photos from london last year outside buckingham palace and I think you'll agree that it looks a million times better with us all in event shirts :)

You dont have to get a t shirt at all, but compare the 2 photos from london last year outside buckingham palace and I think you'll agree that it looks a million times better with us all in event shirts :)

I'm not saying you HAVE TO buy a t-shirt but I'd never meet anyone and bocked for 10 hours before the meet but I put the shirt on and I was one of them :)
