ive jumped over my freind layin down and has jumped over me i keep tryin to convince them to let me jump over then sittin down but ther havin none of it has anybody jumped of people yet on thers if so can you post pics for me to show my freinds lol

I've jumped over my sister while she was standing up and she's about 5'4.

1 - Find something to hold onto
2 - Start by doing little jumps to start with
3 - then do litte jumps while not holding onto anythign but make sure you have something to grab hold of just incase you feel like you might fall.

then you should be able to go onto doing bigger jumps when u got your jumping confidence up
