I completely agree, if your not falling over you aren't really pushing yourself....FACT

I fell over first time on my third day, splat on grass :( . I was playing footy on my stilts, and just went down and rolled around. No damage or pain :D. ETs right, the more I pushed, the more I fell over ??? but its fun. Check out the general gallery for me falling. GB

Yeah if you're not pushing yourself to new things then you're not going to enjoy bocking and would soon get bored and quit.
If the best bockers in the world are creating and discovering new things all the time then anyone who says they have nothing left to learn is a liar.

Falling is part of the game I'm afraid. But experience will usually help you to to recover from a trip or even fall in a good way so you dont cause a bad injury.

Some people get up using another technique

Basically it looks like your doing a split backwards

So you start with your legs out wide and then bring them in, there is a vid somewhere so ill try and dig it up  ;)

Badly with lots of falling down  ;D

right im wodering i fell over and it says ona video that you can just put ur knee high in air and stand up but troble is my knee cant go high enuf to get me up :P

We all feel like that at first it was just a case of keep stretching and trying for me
Keep trying you'll get there in the end
