my time has come

hello everyone

i think my time has come to start to learn flips....where can i start to make this easier for me i can flip easily without bocks and easily on a trampoline but where do i go from here? any advice is welcomed

never tried before but i guess onto a crash mat would make sense

Well I'm just learning to flip too.

I go to gym sessions and learn on crash mats.

and when I'm almost there I'll probably get out the mattresses and try to perfect it at home (have not tried yet dunno if it will work!)
