The B.B.C - Bocking Booze Cruise and Paris Weekender
« on: November 19, 2007, 01:34:57 PM »
I MUST be a sucker for punishment. But yes, we do indeed have another event in the pipeline. This is merely a heads up, as I know a few others have suggested doing a booze cruise. I was wondering if those who had suggested it before could contact me so I can talk to you about it. I think it was Bmthbloke?

I am afraid this event will be open only to those over the age of 18 due to the transporting and drinking of Alcohol involved.

We are planning this event to be early summertime 2008, this is due to other commitments I have which cause me to be unable to make it any sooner. Another reason is due to cost of the event. I would suggest everyone to save up at least £200 for this weekender as theres a lot to pay for up front. I know this is expensive but it really isnt ever going to be much less than that. Once I have costs and bookings... I will need to ask everyone for the payment up front so as I can book everything in bulk.

We will be leaving from Dover and getting the ferry over, then driving to Paris in a minibus. Numbers again are yet to be confirmed and we will have pick up points as soon as we have discussed it. But it will probably be one stop in Essex and one in Kent.

More info will follow in a few months.

I got a motorbike license, now if I can borrow a sidecar outfit, put the booze and the stilts in the sidecar.......

We will prolly be picking everyone up in a minibus :) that way all costs will be reduced and no one will have to worry about noone being able to find their own way.

Of course!!! If need be we will have 2 minibuses (should we be able to get the drivers). But no more so spaces might be limited on the buses.
