Damaged lower back

Now I have gone and done it, I have cracked and fractured my sacrum and ilium bones!! Hurts so bad!! New Body please!!!  :'(

But Fire is better when you are spinning or breathing it!

After an injury like that I doubt you will be up and about for months! They are very iffy injuries that can damage you perminantly if you dont watch it... I do beleive you can gain spinal damage if you damage it again.

One of my friends done something similar and they actually chose standing for a week rather than sitting because of the pain.

I've just looked up the "sacrum and ilium bones" and cracking them must hurt  :'(
