The powerskip soles will eventually wearout however you can get full repair kits directly from UK Good Deals (These will be on the website as soon as I get a chance to pop them on!  :-[ )

The manufaturer has done a great tutorial, on how to replace your sole which can be found on http://www.powerskip.de/repairkitsole.html

Projump ones you can do yourself.. the use of the shop is Purely to get them to Glue them on and then shape them for you...

On Projumps, depending on which version you have, you can either replace the whole foot bracket or bolt on new rubber pads.  This is just for the Powerskip, they have a different type of hoof.

It is cheap, it's alot cheaper to buy a Projump hoof bracket than it is for a Powerskip one.

The cheapest option is to make tyre socks with bicycle tyres.  Or the next cheapest would be Jason's "Hoofies", they last forever.  I used to get a full week of bocking (about 14 hours) on a pair of tyre socks.  Jason's hoofies, have lasted about 30 hours already and still show hardly any wear.

I hope this helps.

5 hours isnt long! They are a pain to make! Have you been using the same tires everytime or trying different ones?

I was using road tyres, as in not k**bly.  The were steel lined which ment they were harder to cut but were stronger and lasted longer.

So what is the best glue to use with the skips or what does the company recommend? Do you guys know what  material would be similar to the original soles too?
