Can I say if your driving to Norwich I was told use the Park and Ride !?
I've never P&R before but I was game and parked at Costessey.
It was only £3.30 not bad for all and it's a free 20 minuet bus ride ( it's six miles away ! ).
Save you petrol and mucking about in the city centre looking for a car park 

My only problem was I got off at the wrong station
