Puma Advert based on Bockers
« on: February 02, 2008, 09:41:01 PM »
Hi guys, i don't know if you'v seen the new Puma TV Commercial, its something we did a few months ago, for those that know us you see some faces you recognise, ie, Me, Zeb, and David, they.v doubled us up as many different characters, it was just the three of us on bocks, working with two pro football stunters,
it was great fun and took a week to film on location, one of the characters i play has a no 3, and the other is me kicking a side slam, its on billboards around the World. David is the one with shaved head, and zeb look for his little fringe hair cut.

Its hard but a great laugh, we had to use a real full size ball, so the stunts you see, we realy had to do them.

I don't know why you think that kiola, don't forget we were working with the two top football stunters in the world, they did the realy tricky ball moves on foot, and we had to do best we could, some of the moves were done with crash matts under us, and the editers did the rest,

that is no way real right? You can see where the normal bocks were like split in photoshop and the spring made longer

they were just ideas the producers had, its what they were using when thinking of how the legs would look, but know we didnt see anything like that, we used our own bocks.

David has been with us for about 7 months, he's the one that landed front flip on his first day on bocks.

They would'nt let us film anything but we could mock something, all we knew is it would be set in the future, using animation and graphics.
we just did what we were asked, the 2 pro footballers did the tricky stuff on foot, we had crash matts to use for high side kicks and slides etc, we didnt even know how we would look, we wore black suits with lots of little white dots on to pick up our movement, it was great.

David has been with us for about 7 months, he's the one that landed front flip on his first day on bocks.

Nice! He will make many envious, however if you have the right background its easy to transfer the skills to bocking too :)

Get David to come on the forum if you can, would be nice to get to know him, or post a pic of the current guys in the BBounce team it would be great to see the new faces
