Well, Ive been chatting to Gixer for a while, and realised that she wasnt all to comfortable with using her bocks, so we arranged a meet, and today we went out in Norwich, padded up more than a priceless ming vase, Gixer took her 1st steps outside, and with a big grin, said, 'Dont bloody well let me fall on my arse.' She sppend a good couple of hours bouncing, and has got the hang of walking and started to jump a bit! If I can I'll get her to send me the video so I can put it up!

Random thing. Sombody in Norwich a while ago was shouting at us by the castle saying he could use bocks. My mate was on them at the time. Any ideas who this mystery bocker might be.

Yeah I felt like a bit of a twit with my bike helmet on but I'd rather be safe than sorry!!! Priceless some of the looks you got from people, I simply CANNOT imaging doing flips in these things, I just can't - ARGH! I don't feel I can bounce hard or high enough, I've not got enough weight to get a good bounce

If anyone is up for another bimble around Norwich on a Sunday let me know cos it's nice and quiet and I deffo need more practice, just don't want to wander around on my own $:-\$

Lesson learned was HAVE A PEE before you start bouncing up and down.....if I bounced too hard I nearly peed myself

Simple rule for the EA's is if you dont fall over your not tryin and in a weird way fallin over dosnt really hurt that much and people are more impressed when you get up then when tryin to do a trick lol

yea espescially after a ''bad'' fall lol the more painfull the fall looks if you get up there more impressed so guys learn how to fall over make it look bad n then get up lol

Really find it hard to get up unaided, not sure if its a flexibility isue or a strength issue

I was trying to run fast, caught the springs together and went skidding along the road. Tried hard to get up but couldn`t. Was thinking about crawling on my hands and knees to a wall about 20 yds away when a lady walking her dog and children offered to provide some support. Really worried about heaving 13 stone off her and causing an injury but managed to get up with some dignity.

just takes practise charlie i couldnt do it but at the first cambridge meet i fell and then had to learn to get up rob was so pressuring but im glad i done it

Which method do you use to get up?
