Carnival week organisers in Attleborough are seeking fresh ideas and suggestions for this year's popular event.Some changes are planned for 2008 to meet the requirements of new health and safety legislation. But the newly-elected carnival committee is trying to keep the traditional aspects including a party in the park, dog show, talent contest, carnival day, and a rose queen, prince and princess to preside over the festivities.However, the group said it will need help and support from the both the business and general community “to enable us to give Attleborough a week to remember”.Anyone wishing to take part or get involved should contact Matt or Karen Godfrey on 01953 457052 to find out more.
