first attempt since i dislocated my knee

Last Sunday, the  fear was there, but its been a long time since i dilocated my knee, so its time to try and get it back again.

it would be great if me and Becky got it back again, how cool would it look if we both filmed together, even with Caroline, making 3 girls fliping at the same time, and even better still if there's any more girls doing flips, what a film that would make, xxx
