Technique wise:
Push down with your heels, not your whole foot.
Look about 10ft directly infront of you, not down at the floor.
Use your arms for extra downward force, throw them down as you are going down.
As you land, bend your knees slightly (10 degrees or so, if that), and use that to push down harder. Don't lock your legs or bend them too far, you'll kill the bounce.
Keep your legs straight whilst in the air, don't bring them up/tuck or anything, as it'll mess up your timing on the landing if you don't straighten them out again in time.
