The Hanworth Banned Bockers have a new member

His name is Dobbin and he will come to Gym meets when needed

He needs a hat but as we have no leather for the top we are debating between foam covered with heavy canvas or just rubber

Here's his pictures ( he's only 3ft high ) but can go up in 9" raises

What do you think of him folks

I reckon you have way too much spare time....I'm assuming of course that you made that nice new vaulting horse with your own fair hands J? I may well have only been a member of this forum for a short time, but skilled work is easily recognised and I'd expect nothing less from a man of your high fibre calibre!!!!

I have an understanding Gaffer at work Nobby

Solid and reliable so Jelly, Dobbin wants to know why you Dumped him  :'(

It took me jumping on it Athoul (what bigger test can we do  :haha:)

I might be adding another base unit later tundraH but at the moment it fits in the back of the car (it's like a Russian Doll all the bits fit inside each other)

Thanks Clive I've now added another lid now that fits on the 2nd biggest bit so we can have 2 smaller ones as well

Easy answer Naz

Dobbin very nearly got me Banned

I bought im home on the back of the motorbike (had to hide behind several vans and lorrys) don't think the Police would have appreciated it  :haha:

He was in bits at the time but as some of them were 3 1/2 ft long and 18" wide it was fun

And as I rode out of work with the last bit on the bike (the biggest) the MD was outside the pub opposite having a drink (good lad he wished me a nice weekend  )

The wife gave up on me years ago Rickbicker

... I love nick-names but they never seem to stick apart from the "Accident looking for somewhere to Happen" that most people seem to think suits me

Clive and I took Dobbin out for a Bock today

And the little git kicked me in the ankle and through me on the floor

Well the truth is that I tried to jump onto the lower 2 bits (got another lid for the middle section) and tripped forward tried to kneel on it and went right over the top (wish we'd got it on video  :haha:)

The final result is that Dobbin works a dream and I am still as clumsy as ever

Clive managed to jump up onto the bigger section (20") and down and back up onto the smaller (18") Well Done Clive

And I've managed to jump over both of them (and fall over one of them )

We're all pretty bizarre. Some of us are just better at hiding it, that's all.
