Metro had an idea which sounds better than waiting for and getting on and off buses, book a taxi
Taxi not a bad idea it's 4 miles and if we share cost it shouldn't be that much each and be easier the the bus making a better day out
Boston Taxi charge too much more than £10 ( a year ago ) for 3.5 mile trip in the afternoon
Shared between 3 ( boot space for stilts ) would be about £4 !?
Shared between 2 it's still only £6
We could see about booking a large taxi ( 7 seater type ) should get 6 of us in it with our stilts. Most taxi companys have at least one big taxi ?
If we book it for maybe a couple of runs in the mornings then trips back to campsite at night maybe see about a disccount ( Or they could have a go at bocking LOL ). Tell they they can have some pictures with us posing with their Taxi ( slogon " We'll get you there what ever your size !? " ).
We'll have to find some Taxi's telephone numbers
Just been told the bus only cost £3 for the day !?
