There's a little thing at the top of this forums site called " CALENDAR " good place to start when sorting out a date for a meet.
Two meets 160 miles apart and I'm right in the middle  I think two different weekends would be best 
Unless the Welshies are stopping over night somewhere and could then go to them both

i would offer my place its like half a hur from norwich but i dont hav enugh room

tbh probbly the closer to the city the person livs the betta coz then we can bock all day rarther than havin to leve an drive like a hur to get bk
