knee strap

ive seen a few people have that red and black knee strap ...i also have them but i dont know which way is most secure to put it on is there any particular way to tie it to make it better ?

Any comments or videos on how to would be great.

i have a quick secure and easy way to do mine up .. but its hard to put it accross useing a forum,..
