my bolt ran away...

hi, i was running with my pro-jumps and 1 of the metal bolts holding the rubber sole in place flew off somewhere and at the speed i was going theres no chance of finding it so what should i do???

also i am having trouble getting the right shock absorber to stay in it always flies out  :'( :'(
if we stop bouncing, gravity wins!

The bo;ts in the rubber foot are M5 hex head (5 mm thread) so if you take another one out and go to your local hardware store (better the type with some old guy in a dusty old shop rather than B&Q, Homebase etc) or try a motorcar/motorbike/cycle shop they should have something

If you can't find the right length you can always cut a longer one down

If by shock absorber you mean the white plastic packer between the spring and the top of the hoof section tape it in with electrical tape (same hardware store) but if you mean the rubber bung under the footplate get yourself some threadlock (car spares store) and tighten the nut down with some of that
