Hi guys im so gutted im currently sitting on the lil over hed pc thing in the ipswich hospital with a broken ankle it happend last night on the trampoline in pipers vale my ankle is broken in 2 places i think thats what they sed last night eny way but i was pritty caked on morfein im gunna have a op to have some pins put in lol my ankle was at a 90 degree angle from my leg yer eny who im not gunna b bocking for bout 6 weeks but dw ppl its only a foot il bock on 1 eg if i have 2

lol thanks spud me thinks drugs r wering off a bit now coz it feels tight in the cast im gutted tho coz i wana use my ne foot plates when they come and dw ppl i will still sort out the meet on the 6th for u guys no broken bones r gunna stop me doing what i love im evan wereing my CB T atm XD

just got some more drugs the guy just came and saw me he sed i have broken it on both sides of my ankle and they will put pins in the inside bit coz thats the worst bit and he sed its a rilly bad brake and i will have to g through allot of phisio but i still wont have proper mevment in my ankle oh well im not gunna lisen all i hurd was blah blah blah wrong u r gunna b on your stilts 2 weeks after the cast comes off im gunna b like lock and just not give a crap

What did they actually say about bocking? If you dont use the moving footplate you might be able to get on them sooner?

Greg hope you all the best ankles brake are not very good.
I had a plate in my ankle for a couple of year so know what you'll being go through.
Once the casts off you will need some physiotherapy as the plate is screwed on the bone the soft tissue around it will be sore.
Riding a bike will help but your leg will feel rought sometime.
One thing which you can think lucky is has it's winter you wouldn't be bocking too much anyway.
With luck in three months you'll be back to your old self.

They never show me my plate but I could feel it under the skin !
Now I can see it ..... Don't panic they had to remove my plate ( I broke it ).

If your going to have physiotherapy and I think most people would need some I've come up with a nice name we called Physiotherapist.

Physio terrorists. Has some of the things you may have to do may hurt, but they'll do their best to not make it hurt too much.
