EA's going to Lincoln Gymfest

February 7th, 9am-3pm Lincoln Projump gymfest
This is the board with all the info about the gymfests. I think you need to fill out consent forms or something but all the info should be there

Basically, Carl suggested we all went up there and with transport being the biggest potential problem I have made a thread so we can try to organise it.

So firstly,

Who is going and how are they getting there? Where are they going from?

Who would like to go but currently cant because of travel problems? Where would you be leaving from?

The plan is to try and get as many EA's to the Lincoln gymfest as possible. Trying to sort lifts and finding transport.

Looks like there might be about 15 of us. To let people know, if we get a lot of people coming then this will have to be organised with Charlie B aswel, but this is ok for now until he says so 

Note: In the Bocking world it is courtesy to split the cost of petrol between the people in the car. Next to peoples car I will put the total cost of the petrol, the amount that will need to be split. Unless, it has been sorted privatly as with carl and tim

I am most likely coming and I will be driving from uni (Hertfordshire), so I might be able to give any EAs on the way up lifts. Depends on how far it would pulle me off route. I think I'm back at uni on the 31st Jan, but I'll double check it (checked - yeah I am, so its fine for me to get up there. Just need a sat nav lol)

Cambs and that kinda way dont seem to far off route. But My UK geography is terrible.

If cambs isnt to far off route then I know there is a direct train to cambs from norwich (and most places) If anybody is interested.

Sprog, If cambs is off route please say (and maybe suggest somewhere that is better  ) Coz I have no idea lol.

Route all the way is up the A1, going past huntingdon and peterborough on the way if that helps at all. It's a 2 and half hour journey so if I leave at 6am that should give me a fair bit of time to get there

I'm looking into coming across from Stoke anyway 'cuz it ain't too far, we go to Manchester every Sunday for work and its about the distance again to Lincoln - so hopefully I'll get to meet some of you before May

Well if this "scheme" is a success I will do it again. There are more gymfests and normal lincoln meets.

Would be good to meet you before you come. The lincoln meet should be good for that and there will be loadsa people to help you out and give advice

I'll probably say people only need to give me about £3.50 split between them all. Or whatever they can afford. I'll take 1p if it's going lol

The £10 covers fuel from uni to lincoln and back, and Spud says p'boro is best place to collect people so that's already two thirds of the way to lincoln, so it seems unfair to make people pay that.

I'm in for this one, so me Spud and Dan plus one other can go from Norwich. It took me 2 1/2 hrs last time so we just need to work out times n stuff.. Warning it will be a bit of a squash in my car with stilts
