here ya go..

“Life is not a journey to the grave with intentions of arriving safely in a pretty well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming ... WOW! What a ride!”

Haha, I can kinda get up unaided but even if you are alone and fall you can crawl to somethung. it works, if you dont mind losing your dignity  :haha:

I was on the way to my girlfriends house and i forgot there was a hole in the pavement

so pretty much i was running and i kinda stumbled. Must say it was a painful fall but oh well got over it fast lol...

And ye i was only 3 days into powerbocking so i had to crawl towards a Golf GTi lol and get Up using that...

This is where all of my dignity was lost (load of people were looking)

So who cares now?! You need to stand up... and if you stand up you might actually look cool and be able to Regain your dignity again...

Oh... one day...  Lol

Well, whoever's in that video makes it look so anyway...

As it is, i'm happy with the normal technique... i can do it, and thats all that matters :P
