yes spud did land a front flip on my trampoline today

, she may have fallen back after it but it still counts lol.

on the way to my house she was like you wont get my flipping i cant even do a foward roll, she was amazed when she kept nearly landing each one.

Quote of the day.. she was jumping on the trampoline hands in the air. "ouch something hit me on the head... oh it was me" as she smacked herself in the head.

Some of those were pretty ugly tho LOL there was a near headplant LOL.

It might be a way off but flipping on bocks is possible I think. I am determined to do it. Nail them on the tramp first which I think is possible with practice and then go for bocks.

Oh and I didnt really land one..It was pretty low and I dont think i proper did it but I know I was close! I cant believe I couldnt do a forward roll happily before

Nice job, i cant front very well and its tricky to learn but just a few more weeks of practice and you be landing them every time! Then you need to learn backflips :p

well done on landing your first flip, even if it was a bit dodgey, you'll get the hang of it. I'm not too good at flipping on trampolines yet, never mind on foot or on bocks.

I was going to try a back-flip on friday, but i couldnt even bring myself to try it, i really need some help with them.

you dont need a big trampoline, but it helps with confidence if you do. I learnt backflip 2 weeks ago and i can do them on a small trampoline now and i feel a lot more confident in doing them now i can do it on the small trampoline.

Just give it a go and you will be fine

I can do them on tramps, but bocks is a bit diff now we can learn together

well done spud told u you could do it but if your not getting the hight your probably throwing your arms donw as soon as your feet leave the tramp what u want to do is jump up first then and u throw your arms push your bum up over your hed XD thats what my tramp coach toled me eny way

I am not exactly sure what i do when I do it but this is what sarah says lol...Umph (the throw your arms bit) tuck my head in then tuck and stay tucked...I really dont know what I do.. but I know when they feel good and bad..if its good you really rotate fast. I wasnt really trying to get high I dont think..I duno what i was doing at all LOL

lol at lincon i can teach u on the floor onto a crash mat its not that hard + when u run up il grab u and throw u over tryst me i taught carl to back flip on the floor like that and burtie a lil bit

and u have no choise in this its gunna happen XD

spud it is your height, you forget about everything when you jump higher so dont rotate enough.
