Well done good to hear it when i first got my tampoline i couldnt flip but then my cousin from newcastle whos nine came down as he did a flip i couldnt let him win me so by the end of the wekkend i was doing them but i still need to land i may start going to the school trampolining as they teach me to do flips and maybe even a back

lol at lincon i can teach u on the floor onto a crash mat its not that hard + when u run up il grab u and throw u over tryst me i taught carl to back flip on the floor like that and burtie a lil bit and u have no choise in this its gunna happen XD
