I probably wont be coming to the gym tomoro now. I know I wanted it and stuff but i dont feel too good. Bad lurgey, cough that hurts and tickles and a sore throat and general nasty lurgey stuff.

If I feel tonnes better in the morning I will go for it but other wise...sorry and I will see you all soon I hope
