A little vid i made of me after roughly 10 hours of practice (if that)

not brilliant but check the 360 combos at the end fort they were pretty solid

wen i made the vid, I'd bin on trampolines before but never trained on em or anything, but after i got pj's we got the kids a trampoline, which now, i practise my grabs.
i can do front and backflips on the tampoline but no bottle yet. i plan to try soon though. from concrete onto a grass landing lol!

heh i say wait till we get a gym sorted out, even grass hurts if you land halfway round, which is very likely on the first few flips (lots of extra weight to swing round, just tuck like hell and hope for the best XD)
