getting started

hi, i've just got a pair of pro jump stilts there coming on friday hopefully
i was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on what to do and when i need to do in order to not kill myself
because its the first time on pro jump stilts i dont no any thing about them
what main things do i need to no

There's many use full topics to help you. While your waiting read the topics so you'll know what to do ... and don't when you get them.
Finding someone near is a good way to learn. :)

When get them there's a small manaul but there's now one that you can download which is a lot better which should cover basics .

im colour blind :P

red gives me head ache and blured vision its the only colour that hurts when i look at it
