They don't come supplied anymore with Pro-Jumps, the manual is out dated and a new one will be up soon.

You can pick these up from ebay for a couple of quid!

Cool, cheers for the info.
Do they make much difference?
I'm thinking of getting the calf strap upgrades as the knee one's feel abit wierd now i've got my knee pads.

Calf strap upgrades? I am not too sure what you mean by most of that :D Nor the knee ones. What knee ones lol?

If you have the kneebar then additional straps will help a lot. You could try some webbing which you can pick up for not much (like shown in the manual). You need 2-3m for each leg. 20mm wide and the least shiny stuff you can get. But there are things like pinhead's straps which are even better at the job. This thread has some info on the most common kneebar mods.

Also, knee/shin pads are best for bocks. I didnt use them for sometime and it was a real pain. But one I got them it made the kneebar fit more securely and was a lot more comfy.

If this calf strap upgrade is calf cuffs then they are good. Very much personal preference. Some people just don't get on with them but they are very secure and comfy. I probably wouldn't go back to the kneebar now I have the cuffs set up perfectly.

You assumed right! lol!
I was on about the calf cuffs!

The 1st bit was just the straps you tie up that the manual says you get but as webmaster says, they don't come supplied anymore.

I think i'll stick at it with the knee bars for now.
I've only spent about 5 hours or so on my bocks, that's  when i get a chance to.

I just got a helmet thru today so now i'll feel really safe! lol!
I'm starting to get the hang of running, can jump a foot or so high so far and i've sort of master getting up, tho i nearly fell back down again yesterday! lol!

Well, i'm off for abit more practice, cheers for all the input guys!
