i got knocked of my bike 15 years ago
i went over the top of the mini and landed head first
the helmet split in half !!!!!!!!!!

this can explain 2 things why im still here and why im slitley daft

that helmet probably saved my life

i always were mine when im out bouncing

Probably not but it could easily happen..... helmets are a real sensible option when bocking on conrete/tarmac and getting serious air.

What helmet(s) do you wear? Models etc. I quite like the look of a BMX/Skateboarding helmet but don't use any at the moment but I do have a spare MotoCross helmet!!!

Skate helmets are best. Another option is the d30 helmets as can be seen here http://www.i-trip.co.uk/subcat/254/Ribcap.htm

Skate helmets are better and NOT cycle helmets.

Skate helmets are designed to take more than one impact, bike helmets are made to fall apart after an impact.

I am using a bike helmet at the moment, but will be changing to a boarding helmet soon!! May go for a snowboarding helmet!!

I'm with Uncle Matt on this, ALWAYS wear a helmet. The only time I don't wear mine is in the gym, because it's all nice and soft!

I use a skate helmet. They look cool and protect your head.
