in the gym tonight and Claire had a REALY NASTY FALL ,she has now got her front flip, but oh my god i was filming her and she mised her mark for a landing from a flip, it was so sad to hear her scream in pain, she is a very brave girl to do what she does, and we were all helples as she lay on the floor trying to hide her pain,we will have to see what the doctor says but i hope it wont be to bad, but her knee is very painfull, she is due to be on sky tv with me on sunday night, and she has a very important show with zeb next tuesday, so you can gues how she's feeling, good luck babe.

Claire cant walk today with the pain, it hasnt put her of and she said she'l be bouncing soon, she also said i can put up the vid so il send it to uncle mat asap, as you can imagine ther is a little swearing that may need to be edited out, but the position of her laying on the floor is heart touching as we all try to chear her up with zeb and cath in close contact in the background hmm !! im with her now and she's laughing at the vid, she says thanks for the well wishes.xx.

we have a bit of a prob now, were filming on bbc all next week, some of the guys are in africa, and poor claire with her knee, dave foot, jess hip, my knees, il post it on another thread.

Claire is on yhe mend now, another week prob,

Freakazoid, it was heart touching to see her on the floor and everyone trying to help her, talking to her even trying to make her laugh, and she was holding back the tears as we all were, you had to be ther to understand, were a close knit lot, were almost like family, and wen one of us gets hurt we all feel it,
they do push themselves very far, and in every sport ther will be injuries,especialy when going exreme, its what they want to do, i can only be ther for them, hope that explains it for you mate, you should come and visit us youl get the full pic then.

hi all this is Claire, it was very painfull and i have to admit i swore alot, im 21 and i love trying new things on my stilts its fun, i cant wait to get back on them should be next week, steves right we do push ourselve but we just love it, Brucie has the vid so im waiting to get it of him then we can post it, thanx for your wellwishes, Claire xxx

hi freekazoid, this is Claire, yes dude it was painfull i actualy dislocated my knee and torn ligaments in both knees on the second fall thats wen i went to hospital, il let you know wen i get the vid, i can laugh about it now, i just want to get back on them so i can show you all my flips, but stevie wont let me, just another week, he he. thanks again everyone.

Glad to see ur mending well!

Make sure you don't rush back as you need to heal properly or it will take longer to be 100% - take stevies advise & take it easy
