yesterday i was flipping all day, barely landed any but hopefully thats cos iv just learnt them, anyways iv woke up this morning feeling awful, cant bend my back either way, can barely look down, its horrible, how do u guys flip all the time haha. i guess i should start landing on my feet would be a good start.

also i have the biggest bruise where that top of the springs dig in, like huge. its silly.

yeh babe its cause ure using muscles in ways you rarely do after a few times of doing them you will ache less but for now just have a hot bath and use the muscle rub! thats what i did when i first started flipping!

Give the flips a break for a day Ketan, chill out today and then go back to them tomorrow. It'll let your muscles rest and recouperate and you should be fine tomorrow. Unless Locky's had his way with you, in which case you're screwed for life.
