He's been to the gym with us tonight, he still feels rough, so he will have to take it easy for a few days, but thank God he's ok, i wasnt ther but when i heard it was his kneck i went as white as a sheet and felt sick,  he's a real tough guy so he'l be back to extra extreme very soon, Zeb has sugested a beanie hat with back of neck suport.

you see all these back protectors and helmets an everything and it kinda makes it sad that there is no protection from landing on your neck :-\

the nearest thing iv seen for kneck protection is on one of the beanie hats, its a rounded saugage shape neck support at the back of the hat,

another accident i forgot to mention with everything els going on, 2 weeks ago, Freek did a front flipp and his knee met his mouth, nearly knocked his teeth out, he was bragging about the blood driping down his mouth, he now has a realy cool silver gum shield thing.

thinking of some mentioned I think I may have to re-think that lol

I was just wondering, is Brucie ok?
Didnt see him in Luckys latest film from doncaster stadium so just thought I should ask.

Almost forgot Claires knee as well, is she alright?

Hope you are all good

Brucie is ok now, but Claire is still not 100%, poor girl, fingers crossed shouldn't be to long.
