« on: September 27, 2009, 07:28:12 AM »

Picking it up in 2 weeks' time.  A 12 year dream of owning a Lotus has finally come true.  You will not believe how big the perma-grin on my face is today

Stelvio pass in Switzerland here I come!!!

you know im not quite sure the "boot" would fit your sandtrooper suit

“Life is not a journey to the grave with intentions of arriving safely in a pretty well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming ... WOW! What a ride!”

It's a standard 1.8K series Rover engine so nothing massive (I'd prob kill myself in a modded Elise hehe) and the chassis is FINE with the std engine, else I'm sure they'd have been withdrawn from sale like, immediately :P  Pray tell more about your conversation..........

erm without being to rude on the forum the basis off the conversation was about a certain thing being done on top of the engine's body work as its the flatest bit of the car and not much room inside

word starts with an (S) and ends with (X)

So does she!! Mmm..lotus factory. I still think I see more tractors than lotus cars tho.

Oh and if toddy attempts to flip a landy I will film it, youtube it, post it here and buy some new bocks with the £250 it will earn me :D

I think Toddy means he will Flip the Landie  :Claugh: not Flip over the landie

When it comes to that type of flip I have done the same Suzuki twice a Reliant Regal super van (older than the trotters one) 0nce (it was a write off)
and nearlys on a Moggy van and an Escort van (Two wheels but not over)

So do I hold the record  :Claugh:
