New Years Resolutions!
« on: December 31, 2009, 10:55:24 AM »
What is your New years resolution? And did you keep to last years?

I haven't got one for this year yet but for last year my resolution was to drink less.... I think I failed. Just kidding. I did drink less...but because I don't drink much that often when I do...more of a light weight than I already was :D

I also had an aim to front flip on bocks before the end of this year! I failed. Gave it a good go for a while..then the summer came and I broke a couple of toes-twice! And decided to focus on gliding.

Do you have anything you want to achieve bocking wise?

I have one . To make up with all the friends I've upset and to forgive those who's upset me. It's a new year and a new decade so it's time for a new start.

Happy New Year, friends old and new
May the years ahead be better than the years behind

Uhh, my resolutions are:
1. Build some muscle (getting too skinny!)
2. Land a front flip on concrete.
3. Take a picture of myself every day of the year, so I can see how I have changed in 2011!
4. Have fun!

worst.excuse.ever. You can set resolutions anytime until the 2nd. So start from now!!!

My resolution is to be super super careful with monies so I have a little more to spend on getting my glider ready for the summer.

think mine will be :
to bock more,
find more locations to bock, ( hopefully new job will help with that)
clear my head and do a front flip,
and get higher and longer bounces,
try jumping some fences, (proper fences not waist high stuff).

non bocking

eat healther (when we finish all the chocolate and biscuits from christmas)
get fit
save money
falling is proof your trying

If you want to get fit I suggest this website, it allows you to build up strength slowly over time :)

Easy way to give up smoking is to tell all your mates and work colleagues that if they see you with a cigarette (about to light or already smoking) that they have your permision to slap you round the face and you will not retaliate in any way

This works in one of two ways

A-- you realise that the pain is not worth it
B--Your face ends up so swollen that you can't hold a fag in your lips  :Claugh:

Works every time
