ok after a funeral has set this weeks gym back to next week, (a great thing from my side as i have a load of work on right now)
we will be back in the gym from 19th of jan, and then every 2 weeks after that, as always we welcome anyone who would like to come along and have a bash with us.
Gym is £30 split by all attending and is from 5pm till 7pm.
we may also be having the odd saturday session until the weather gets better, so stay tuned
