Hi guys, just got this email, will need definite numbers on who will be coming.
The festival in Downham gets ever nearer. Are you local at all? A meet up would be nice if possible. Are you still willing to go slightly ahead of our parade through town entertaining as the parade follows at a very very short distance. How many of you are there likely to be and do you have a photo. I produce our prgogramme and would like to include as many photos of various artists as possible. Also could you rattle off a few lines describing yourselves. I will need this by the middle of February please.
Do you want an area (presuming weather ok of course) where you can do some sort of demonstration. If so I would need to know in advance as I organise the layout of our carnival site.
