I would suggest against that. People will get annoyed with the constant updates and stop following, which defeats the whole purpose.
Kinda like when people link it to their facebook :/

it was sending 5 every half hour  :Ceek:  but Ive set it to 1 every 6 hours - think that should be ok, I'm just hoping some of the ppl we have lost may start checking out the odd post from FB and twitter and get them back up on here - could be wishful thinking...

I followed to give you another follower but I can't say I ever log on and read. I'm not interested in what others are doing every waking hour. Mind..Gok wan is pretty funny and I like the Ivybean person. 104 and using twitter. WIN.
