What i note, is that whilst it wasnt a busy day or time. there were still a fair few peeps about, AND this is rite in front of bournemouth pier  ( not some out of the way sk8 park),  still no council person or copper ( un a number around bsides loads of cctv)  objected to a teen tipping over 3 wheelie bins !!

But if they let us do this kinda thing ( oo un we always put bins back un dont do it when things busy) cant complain ,too much, when we get asked to stop/move on at others
