Hi all, thanks for the kind words. I'm good, got a big tempoary cast on my arm, snapped the Scaphoid in my wrist in two, and put a fracture in Radius right by my elbow. Not got a copy of the x-ray, but I'll do a foi request to get it Jason. For you people who like that sort of thing, I had my sport tracker on so I will be able to work out the speed I was going, and the g-force i put on the device when I went down, it tells be I did top speed of 11.9 mph, but tomorrow I'll get the rest posted.

I go back on Friday to have my full cast put on

I fell two miles in, did the last mile on foot, got myself checked out, and they said get an xray to check, so i got on a train to portsmouth (thanks for the lift q) and then got qa to check it, almost did not get xray, but i made a girly scream noise when she twisted my arm.

Hi folks, not been on in a while, just catching up with stuff. Thanks for all the kind words, all healed now, they discovered upon removing my cast that I also chipped a bone at my wrist, so thats 3 bones affected. Back on bocks now, and I'm as rubbish as ever.
