yep weather was fab.  but we have to grab and use that seafront spot quick. Come full summer and it will become way too crowded

But its the new trendi spot in town, big redevelopment...   wayne hemmingway did the decor for the beach huts (erm £84000 for a 40 year lease!) , beach deli ,if u please!  and a £1.5M artificial surf reef...but no1s seen a wave there so far oops!
